HKUST

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (abbreviated as HKUST) is a public research university in Clear Water Bay Peninsula, New Territories, Hong Kong. Founded in 1991 by the British Hong Kong Government, it was the territory's third institution to be granted university status.HKUST is commonly regarded as one of the fastest growing universities in the world.

The School of Business and Management is the business school of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), today considered one of the world's leading business schools in Asia. Established in 1991 in Hong Kong, it offers undergraduate degrees, full-time MBA, EMBA in partnership with Kellogg School of Management, MSc, PhD, and Executive Education programs.

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Library is housed in the Lee Shau Kee Library, located at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. It has over 1 million books, 728,426 printed volumes754,146 in electronic format, as well as tens of thousands of e-journals, and streaming audio and video collections.

Kohima Camp or Kohima Barracks as it was officially described (Chinese: 高希馬軍營) in Tai Po Tsai north of Clear Water Bay Peninsula was the site of a proposed new army barracks to house an additional British infantry battalion to be stationed in Hong Kong following a careful review of the needs of Hong Kong which had taken place over 1980/81.
