The Coffee County Courthouse in Manchester, Tennessee is a historic courthouse which was built in 1871. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.It was built after the original 1837 courthouse was destroyed by a fire. It is a brick Italianate-style building, with brick laid in American bond.

The Wilkinson-Keele House is a historic house in Manchester, Tennessee. It was built in 1888 by J. G. Wilkinson, the president of the Bank of Manchester, and designed in the Queen Anne architectural style. It was purchased by Judge Robert Keele in 1937. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 15, 2006.

Manchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church is a historic Cumberland Presbyterian congregation in Manchester, Tennessee. Its former church building, also known as the Church Street Theatre, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The church was organized in 1854. Its first church was a two-story wooden frame building that was shared with local Masons, who held the meetings upstairs from the church.
