Kwun Tong Waterfront Park and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Waterfront

Kai Tak Cruise Terminal is a cruise ship terminal on the former Kai Tak Airport runway in Hong Kong. Its completion date was delayed into 2013 due to re-tendering. Following an international competition, Foster + Partners was chosen to design the cruise terminal. The first ship berthed on 12 June 2013.

Hong Kong Children's Hospital (Chinese: 香港兒童醫院; Cantonese Yale: Hēunggóng Yìhtùhng Yīyún) is the first children hospital in Hong Kong's public healthcare system, located in Kowloon City, Hong Kong. Located at the south apron of the former Kai Tak Airport, the hospital has 468 beds for inpatients and day-patients, providing mainly tertiary services for complex and rare paediatric cases.

Enterprise Square Five (Traditional Chinese: 企業廣場五期) is a shopping mall and office building complex in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. It was developed by Kerry Properties. It opened in June 2007. The property comprises the MegaBox shopping mall and two office buildings. It is the largest single property among the Enterprise Square properties, occupying 1,600,000 square feet (150,000 m2) and costing HK$2 billion to build.

Hidden Agenda was a live house located in the industrial area of Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. It opened in January 2009 and has since then relocated twice due to rising rents and the violation of permitted land uses (that excludes the operation of cultural venues in industrial buildings). The live house staged its final show in July 2017 and was officially closed in October 2017.

Hoi Bun Road Park (Chinese: 海濱道公園) is a public park in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.As of 2019–20, the park is closed for demolition and reconstruction.

The Sun Museum (Chinese: 一新美術館) is a private museum in Hong Kong, established by the Simon Suen Foundation (孫少文基金會). It aims to promote a better understanding of Chinese arts and culture. The museum is located at 4/F, SML Tower, 165 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong.

MegaBox is a large shopping centre in Hong Kong and part of the Enterprise Square Five shopping and office complex, located at 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon. With 19 stories and a floor area of 100,000 m2 (1,100,000 sq ft), MegaBox is the largest shopping centre in Eastern Kowloon.In addition MegaBox houses an ice rink, MegaIce, which is the largest in Hong Kong at 26 metres x 57 metres.

Ngau Tau Kok (Chinese: 牛頭角; Cantonese Yale: Ngàutàugok) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line. It is located in the Ngau Tau Kok area of Kowloon East, between Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay stations. It was among the earliest stations in the network, being opened on 1 October 1979.Ngau Tau Kok is one of three stations to be located above ground on the line, the others being Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay.

Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estate (Chinese: 牛頭角上邨) is a public housing estate in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, located next to Kwun Tong Garden Estate and between MTR Ngau Tau Kok station and Kowloon Bay station. After redevelopment, the estate has 9 blocks developed into 3 phases.

Kwun Tong Garden Estate (Chinese: 觀塘花園大廈), or Garden Estate (Chinese: 花園大廈), is a public housing estate in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society, near the MTR Kwun Tong line's Ngau Tau Kok station. It is the largest Housing Society estate by number of flats (4,921).
