Cityplaza (Chinese: 太古城中心) is an office and shopping development, developed by Swire Properties, at 18 Taikoo Shing Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong. It is adjacent to Taikoo Place, another office complex developed by Swire. The six-level shopping centre, connected to Tai Koo station, houses more than 170 shops, restaurants, a cinema and an indoor ice rink.

DSC International School (Chinese: 德思齊加拿大國際學校) (formerly known as Delia School of Canada) is a Canadian international private school in Hong Kong.The school was founded in 1986 which offers Ontario curriculum (registered in the province of Ontario as an international private school). It has students from over 50 countries and offers kindergarten, primary and secondary education in 3 separate buildings.

The Grand Promenade (Chinese: 嘉亨灣) is a high-rise residential development built in 2005 in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong. The complex consists of five towers, with towers 2, 3, and 5 being interconnected The towers are 213 - 219 metres tall and contain 2,020 apartments.This property has been cited by the government and academics as having had a negative "wall effect" on surrounding neighbourhoods because of its bulky size on reclaimed land next to the harbour, which leads to poor air ventilation for nearby residents.

The Alexander Grantham was a fireboat of Hong Kong's Fire Services Department. The fireboat was named after former Governor Sir Alexander Grantham. The boat has since retired from service and been replaced by other vessels.On 10 March 2006, the fireboat was successfully hoisted into its new permanent home in the Central Concourse of Quarry Bay Park, Hong Kong, where it has been converted into the Fireboat Alexander Grantham Exhibition Gallery and was opened to the public as a museum in 2007, managed by LCSD.

Canossa College (Chinese: 嘉諾撒書院) is a Catholic, all-girls' school, founded in 1959. Canossa College is funded by the Government as a subsidised school.

Aldrich Bay Park (Chinese: 愛秩序灣公園) is a park with fishing village as its theme. Located at the waterfront of Aldrich Bay, Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong, it is 22,000 square feet in size. The park was opened on 11 April 2011 and is now managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Sai Wan Ho Ferry Pier (Chinese: 西灣河碼頭) is a ferry pier near Lei King Wan (鯉景灣) in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong. It is near a bus terminus on the Grand Promenade (嘉亨灣). It has three ferry services to Kwun Tong, Sam Ka Tsuen and Tung Lung Chau. All ferry services are operated by Coral Sea Ferry.The pier started operation in 1983, replacing the temporary Tai Koo Shing Ferry Pier.

Les Saisons (Chinese: 逸濤灣) is a private estate in Hong Kong. Located in Sai Wan Ho of the Eastern District, Hong Kong Island, the property was co-developed by Swire Properties, China Motor Bus and Sun Hung Kai Properties. The estate was completed in October 2001. There is a total of 4 residential buildings with 866 car park spaces provided.

Quarry Bay Park (Chinese: 鰂魚涌公園) is an urban park located in the Quarry Bay area of Hong Kong Island's Eastern District. It lies between the waterfront and the Tai Koo Shing housing estate, and covers around 9.79 hectares (24.2 acres). The park is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government.
