Pendinas Run

Pen Dinas is the name of a large hill within the boundary of the village of Penparcau, on the coast of Ceredigion, Wales, (just south of Aberystwyth) upon which an extensive Iron Age, Celtic hillfort of international significance is situated.The name is more correctly 'Dinas Maelor', this could be translated into English as 'Maelor's Fort' or 'Maelor's City'.

Penparcau Football Club are a Welsh football club from Penparcau, Ceredigion. They currently play in the Ardal Leagues North East, the third tier of the Welsh football league.The club was reformed in the summer of 2017 and played in the Aberystwyth League Division One.Penparcau football club also have two junior teams in the Aberystwyth Junior League, Penparcau Flames and Penparcau Phoenix.

Penparcau is both a village and an electoral ward in Ceredigion, Wales, situated to the south of Aberystwyth. The village has the largest number of Welsh language speakers (1095) in the Aberystwyth town area, covering an area from the sea to the Rheidol.The original village was a hamlet, but the building of extensive Art Deco style semi-detached social housing from the 1920s on transformed it.

Park Avenue (Welsh: Coedlen y Parc) currently called Aberystwyth University Stadium for sponsorship purposes, is a football stadium in Aberystwyth, Wales and has served as the home of Cymru Premier side Aberystwyth Town since 1907.The stadium capacity is 5,000 with 1,500 seats. It is a 4G artificial turf pitch.

Aberystwyth Rheidol is the name of a local government electoral ward in the town of Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales. It elects a county councillor to Ceredigion County Council and also elects town councillors to Aberystwyth Town Council.

Tan-y-Bwlch ( translates to Under the pass/gap) beach near Aberystwyth, Wales, forms part of the Pen Dinas and Tan-y-Bwlch Local Nature Reserve (LNR). The majority of which is located in the village of Penparcau. The area was designated in 1999 following a public meeting which attracted more than 100 local people.
