Vaise-Saone

The Amphitheatre of the Three Gauls (French: Amphithéâtre des Trois Gaules) of Lugdunum (Lyon) was part of the Sanctuary of the Three Gauls dedicated to the cult of Rome and Augustus celebrated by the 60 Gallic tribes when they gathered at Lugdunum. In 1961, it was classified as a monument historique.

Founded in 1303 by Louis de Villars, Bishop of Lyon it housed the Poor Clares from 1304 till 1503, then Benedictine nuns from 1503 to the French Revolution, when it was dissolved.

The Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Lyon, sometimes referred to as the Conservatoire de Lyon, is a conservatory for the study of music and dance, located in Lyon, France.It is one of the two existing Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse in France, the other being the Conservatoire de Paris in Paris.

Les Subsistances is a cultural centre of diffuse artistic production and located in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon. Since 2007, it has housed a creative laboratory (theater, dance and contemporary circus) and the École nationale des beaux-arts de Lyon. The site has 22,500 square metres of buildings (including 8,300 square meters of renovated surface) and 16,000 square meters of land, and is partly classified as monument historique.

Vaise is a neighborhood of the City of Lyon (France), located along the Saône at the foot of the plateau Duchère, north-west of the city. Gare de Lyon-Vaise is a railway station in Lyon, located in the district of Vaise, in the 9th arrondissement. The station is on the Paris-Lyon-Marseille (PLM) main line; it is also served by metro line D.

The Église Saint-Paul is a Roman Catholic church located in Lyon, France. It is situated in the Vieux Lyon, in the Saint-Paul quarter, in the 5th arrondissement of Lyon. The cathedral is in the Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles. The tower-lantern was classified as monument historique in 1920, and the whole church was classified in 1996.

Saint-Paul is a quarter located in the 5th arrondissement of Lyon, France. It was named after the parish church. Located in the perimeter saved registered to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is one of the three parishes of the Vieux Lyon, the historic center of the city. The quarter is mainly served by the line C3 of the transports en commun lyonnais and the train station named Gare de Lyon-Saint-Paul.
