Haeundae

The Busan Cinema Center (also called "Dureraum", meaning enjoying seeing movies all together in Korean) is the official, exclusive venue of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), where its opening and closing ceremonies take place, located in Centum City, Busan, South Korea. The about US$150 million (KRW 167.85 billion) center opened on September 29, 2011, almost three years after construction began.

Oncheon-cheon (also known as the Oncheon Stream or Oncheon River) is a tributary of the Suyeong River in Busan, South Korea. It was previously known as the Seocheon or Dongnaecheon. The source of the river is on Geumjeongsan.It then flows through the built-up area of Busan, passing between Allak-dong (Dongnae District) and Yeonsan-dong (Yeonje District) along the way.

With 80 floors and a height of 301 m, Tower A is the 18th tallest residential building in the world, and has been officially announced as the second tallest building in Korea, according to the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.

Marine City (마린시티, marinsiti) is a residential area in Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. Most of the buildings are very luxurious skyscrapers. Marine City is built on reclaimed land between the popular areas of Haeundae Beach and Centum City. The tallest residential complexes in Marine City include Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith, Haeundae I'Park Marina, Daewoo Aratrium Haeundae and Park Hyatt Busan.

Centum City (Korean: 센텀시티) is a major multi-project urban development part of Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea. This site is at the westernmost area of Haeundae-gu in U-1-dong, Jae-song-dong. The site was originally the place of Suyeong Airport, the former airport of Busan. Centum City can be accessed by Busan Metro Line 2 at Centum City Station.

Pusan East (K-9) Air Base is a decommissioned United States Air Force (USAF) and Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) air base adjacent to the Suyeong River in Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. It was redeveloped in the 1990s as Centum City, a commercial and residential area.
