Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya is a co-educational English medium school located in Yelachenahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore in India. It was established in 1989 by Late.Sri. B.N.V Subrahmanya in memory of his daughter Jyothy.The school is affiliated to the CBSE for 1st to 10th, and Karnataka PU board for 11th and 12th.

Sarakki lake, also known as Jaraganahalli lake, is a lake in the southern part of Bangalore, India, in the suburb of the J. P. Nagar. It is one of the largest lakes in Bangalore and located on Puttenahalli main road. Sarakki is a portmanteau of the native Kannada language words, Saavira Hakki, which translates to "a thousand birds".

Yelachenahalli is a municipal area (halli means "village" in Kannada) on Kanakpura Road, Bangalore, but has fast developed into a hub of development with malls and high rise buildings. Over the last few years, this area has transformed itself into an extension to the IT city. It is very near to JP Nagar, approx 10 km from MG Road, 15 km from Electronic city.

Puttenahalli is a suburban area in Bangalore, Karnataka State in India.Uninfluenced by its neighbouring town Bangalore's growth to a metropolitan city, Puttanahalli remained as a rural area until the 1970s. But because of the increasing expansion of Bangalore, the place has urbanised significantly with many housing projects.

Yelachenahalli is a Namma Metro station on the Green Line located on Kanakapura Road between Yelechenahalli and Konanakunte suburbs. It was opened to the public on 18 June 2017.Next to the Yelachenahalli Metro station, stands the electrical switch yard for the metro line. This area was earlier occupied by Shravanthi Kalyana Mantapa.
