The hotel connects to Cadillac Place and the Fisher Building, both on the list of National Historic Landmarks in Michigan. The hotel has 5,000 square feet (460 m2) of meeting space. The hotel was built in the Neoclassical architecture style.

The Albert Kahn Building, formerly New Center Building, is an office building located at 7430 Second Avenue in the New Center area of Detroit, Michigan completed in 1931. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.The New Center Building was built by the Fisher brothers (Frederick, Charles, William, Lawrence, Edward, Alfred and Howard) and designed by Albert Kahn.

The WJBK-TV Studios Building is a broadcasting building located at 7441 Second Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. It is the only building in Detroit designed by noted Palm Beach, Florida architect John L. Volk. The property is currently owned by Halcor Studio Live LLC.
