Black Mountains

Hay Bluff (Welsh: Penybegwn) is a prominent hill at the northern tip of the Black Mountains, an extensive upland massif which straddles the border between south-east Wales and England. The mountain sits at the point where the main northeast-facing escarpment of the Black Mountains meets the northwest facing escarpment, the next peak to the west being Twmpa.

Twyn Llech, also known as Black Mountain, is a mountain in the Black Mountains. It is the only Marilyn to fall exactly on the Welsh–English border, straddling Brecknockshire (currently administered as part of the unitary authority of Powys) and Herefordshire. Its parent peak, Waun Fach, lies to the west.

Chwarel y Fan is a peak in the Black Mountains in south-eastern Wales. It is the highest rise on the long ridge which extends southeastwards from Rhos Dirion. The ridge continues southeastwards to the lesser summit of Bal-Mawr whose top is adorned by a trig point at 607 metres (1,991 ft) above sea level.

Abbey Hotel (also known as the Llanthony Priory Hotel) is a Grade I listed building incorporating a hotel and country inn in Llanthony, Monmouthshire, Wales.

Cwm Bwchel Farmhouse, Llanthony, Monmouthshire is a farmhouse dating from the late-Medieval period. It carries a date stone of 1694, which probably refers to a period of reconstruction. The farmhouse is Grade II* listed and a number of the ancillary buildings on the farmstead have their own Grade II listings.

Black Mountain South Top is a top of Black Mountain in the Black Mountains range that spreads across parts of Powys and Monmouthshire in southeast Wales. It is a top which falls exactly on the Welsh-English border, straddling Powys and Herefordshire. The Offa's Dyke Path passes over the summit.The top is an undistinguished heathery bump on Hatterall Ridge.

Court Farm Barn, Llanthony Priory, Monmouthshire is a barn of late medieval origins which forms part of a group of historic buildings in the priory complex. It is a Grade I listed building.

Court Farmhouse, Llanthony, Monmouthshire is a farmhouse of late medieval origins. It may have originally been lodgings for the Prior of Llanthony. Following the Dissolution of the Monasteries the building became a farmhouse. In the 19th century, the Llanthony Estate was bought by Walter Savage Landor who undertook remodelling.

The Hatterrall Ridge (sometimes spelled Hatterall) is a ridge in the Black Mountains forming the border between Powys and Monmouthshire in Wales and Herefordshire in England. The ridge is about 10 miles (16 km) long, and is followed by the Offa's Dyke Path. On the west side of the ridge is the Vale of Ewyas, and on the east side is the Olchon Valley and Black Hill.

Llanthony Priory (Welsh: Priordy Llanddewi Nant Hodni) is a partly ruined former Augustinian priory in the secluded Vale of Ewyas, a steep-sided once-glaciated valley within the Black Mountains area of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Monmouthshire, south east Wales. It lies seven miles north of Abergavenny on an old road to Hay-on-Wye at Llanthony.
