Chaoyang Park Trekking

Chaoyang Park (Chinese: 朝阳公园; pinyin: Cháoyáng Gōngyuán) is a park located on the site of the former Prince's Palace in Beijing's Chaoyang District.The park's construction began in 1984 and it became Beijing's largest park. It is approximately 2.8 km in length and approximately 1.5 km in width. It has a total area of 288.7 hectares, and a water surface area of 68.2 hectares.

The Canadian International School of Beijing (CISB, simplified Chinese: 北京加拿大国际学校; traditional Chinese: 北京加拿大國際學校; pinyin: Běijīng Jiānádà Guójì Xuéxiào) is a Canadian international school in Chaoyang District, Beijing.CISB was founded in 2005. The school was established as a State Level Project through the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Education, the Government of Canada, and the New Brunswick Department of Education.

The Beijing Great Wheel, (simplified Chinese: 北京朝天轮; traditional Chinese: 北京朝天輪; pinyin: Běijīng Cháotiānlún) a 208-metre (682 ft) tall giant Ferris wheel, was to have been constructed in eastern Beijing's Chaoyang Park, one of the 2008 Summer Olympics venues. If it had been built, it would have become the world's tallest Ferris wheel, superseding the 165 m (541 ft) Singapore Flyer (world's tallest 2008-2014).

The Chaoyang Park Beach Themed Park (simplified Chinese: 朝阳公园沙滩主题乐园; traditional Chinese: 朝陽公園沙灘主题樂園; pinyin: Cháoyáng Gōngyuán Shātān Zhu3ti2 Le4yuan2), known as the Chaoyang Park Beach Volleyball Ground (simplified Chinese: 朝阳公园沙滩排球场; traditional Chinese: 朝陽公園沙灘排球場; pinyin: Cháoyáng Gōngyuán Shātān Páiqiú Chǎng) during the 2008 Olympic Games, is a swimming, samba, African dance, hula and carnival place in Chaoyang Park that used to be one of 9 temporary venues used for the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Chaoyang Park (simplified Chinese: 朝阳公园站; traditional Chinese: 朝陽公園站; pinyin: Cháoyáng Gōngyuán Zhàn) is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. It is located near Chaoyang Park in Chaoyang District. It opened on 31 December 2016.The under construction Line 3 will also stop at this station.

The Monument to Nizami Ganjavi (Chinese: 纪念碑尼扎米•甘伽维), a medieval Persian poet, is located in Chaoyang Park, in Beijing, China. Yuan Xikun, a Chinese artist, is the author of the monument.

The Phoenix International Media Centre (Chinese: 凤凰国际传媒中心; pinyin: Fènghuáng Guójī Chuánméi Zhōngxīn), also known as the Phoenix Centre (凤凰中心; Fènghuáng Zhōngxīn) is a building in Beijing, China. It is located in the southwestern corner of Chaoyang Park in Beijing. The centre features a torus-like design.

Zaoying (simplified Chinese: 枣营站; traditional Chinese: 棗營站; pinyin: Zǎoyíng Zhàn) is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. It is located in Chaoyang District. The station opened on 28 December 2014.
