Illini state park

Illini State Park is an Illinois state park on 510 acres (206 ha) in LaSalle County, Illinois, United States. In 1934, Illini entered into the state park system, and was dedicated a year later in 1935. The Department of Natural Resources closed the park from November 2008 to February 2009 due to budget cuts.

The Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial is a monument located in Marseilles, Illinois, which commemorates the servicemen and women who gave their lives in any of the Middle East conflicts since 1967. It is the first US war monument to be dedicated during the conflict that caused the deaths of the servicemen and women it commemorates."The founders Tony Cutrano and Jerry Kuczera spearheaded this project to ensure that those sacrificing their lives for our freedom were given the proper recognition for the selfless service to our great country."
