Chingford run

The River Ching is a tributary of the River Lea, flowing from Epping Forest, in southeast England.

Chingford Mount is an area of Chingford, east London, England, located in South Chingford. The name refers to the shopping area located around A112/A1009 crossroads (OS Grid Reference TQ373928), though it is also used for the hill leading north from the crossroads to Chingford Old Church. The original name for this hill was Merry Hill or Church Hill.

Walthamstow Stadium was a greyhound racing track located in the London Borough of Waltham Forest in east London (grid reference TQ375913). It was regarded as the leading greyhound racing stadium in Britain following the closure of White City in 1984. The stadium closed on 16 August 2008.

Highams Park is a district of Chingford in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, England. It is a suburban area adjacent to Epping Forest and situated 8.7 miles (14 km) north-east of Charing Cross.Traditionally, it was part of Walthamstow parish and municipal borough. It is primarily a residential area, with housing consisting of mainly Victorian and 1930s terraced houses.

South Chingford is an area of Chingford in east London, England. It is a largely residential area which is the location of the Chingford Hall Estate, Chingford Mount and the former Walthamstow Stadium.The boundaries of South Chingford are commonly taken to be New Road to the north, the Lea Valley to the west and the North Circular Road to the south.
