Wuyi Square

Wuyi Square (Chinese: 五一广场) is located in Gulou District, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. North of the square is the Nine Immortals' Hill (Yu Hill).The square covers an area of 70,000 square meters. This one of the political activities place for Fuzhou people.

Fujian Renmin Guangbo Diantai, (Chinese: 福建人民广播电台) translated as "Fujian People's Broadcasting Station", is a radio station group from Fujian, China. It is part of the Fujian Radio Film and TV Group conglomerate.

The Mao Zedong Statue is located in Wuyi Square, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. The monument stands 10.1 m (33.1365 ft) tall and depicts Mao Zedong with an outstretched arm. The statue was built by Yang Zhengrong, a painter in Fujian, beginning in 1969; it was completed after a year and a half.
