The Chekhov Monument (Russian: Памятник А. П. Чехову) in Rostov-on-Don, Russia is a bronze monument erected in 2010 to commemorate the 150th anniversary since birthday of the Russian writer Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. The monument is located at the intersection of Chekhov street and Pushkinskaya Street.

The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Russian: (Греческая церковь в честь Благовещения Пресвятой Девы Марии) was a Greek Orthodox church constructed in 1909 in Rostov-on-Don. In Soviet times, the church was demolished, and the Puppet Theatre was built on its foundations. A new Greek church of the Annunciation was built close to the site of the demolished one in 2014.

Nikolai Paramonov mansion (Russian: Особняк Николая Парамонова) is a mansion in the city of Rostov-on-Don. It was built in 1914 for book publisher Nikolai Paramonov. The mansion was designed by architect Leonid Aeberg. The building is currently occupied by the Y.A. Zhdanov Scientific Library of Southern Federal University.

Sculptor Sergei Oleshnya and architect V. Fomenko created design of the sculptures of five Rostov-on-Don founders: Alexander Rigelman (construction manager), Ivan Somov (the first commandant), Vasily Hastatov (customs manager), Danila Yefremov (commander of the Don Cossack Host) and a cossack.

The house is located at 106 Bolshaya Sadovaya street (Russian: Большая Садовая улица, 106) at the intersection of Chekhova avenue and Bolshaya Sadovaya street. It was a revenue house.
