BBC Radio Merseyside is the BBC Local Radio service for the Merseyside region, England. It was the third BBC local radio station to start broadcasting, launching on 22 November 1967, serving south west Lancashire.According to RAJAR, the station has a weekly audience of 288,000 listeners and a 10.4% share as of December 2018.

The John Lennon Peace Monument, also known as the European Peace Monument, is a peace monument entitled Peace & Harmony in Liverpool, England, dedicated to the memory of John Lennon. Peace & Harmony was unveiled by Julian and Cynthia Lennon at a ceremony in Chavasse Park, Liverpool, on Saturday 9 October 2010 to celebrate what would have been John Lennon's 70th birthday.

Brunswick Half Tide Dock on the River Mersey, England, was a half tide dock and part of the Port of Liverpool. Situated near Brunswick Dock in the southern dock system, it only connected directly to the river.The dock was built by Jesse Hartley, and opened around 1832.Apart from the entrance channel, the dock has now been filled in.

Otterspool Promenade is a riverside walk and accompanying area of parkland in the Aigburth and Grassendale districts of Liverpool, Merseyside, England. The promenade runs along the bank of the River Mersey from just north of Garston docks to Otterspool Park. A narrower footpath and cycleway continues along the riverbank to the city centre, ending at the Albert Dock.

The Beatles Story is a museum in Liverpool about the Beatles and their history. It is located on the historical Albert Dock. The Beatles Story was opened on 1 May 1990.The Beatles Story contains recreations of The Casbah Coffee Club, The Cavern Club and Abbey Road Studios among other historical Beatles items, such as John Lennon's spectacles, George Harrison's first guitar and a detailed history about the British Invasion and the solo careers of every Beatle.
