Ostankino Tower (Russian: Останкинская телебашня, Ostankinskaya telebashnya) is a television and radio tower in Moscow, Russia, owned by the Moscow branch of unitary enterprise Russian TV and Radio Broadcasting Network. Standing 540.1 metres (1,772 ft), Ostankino was designed by Nikolai Nikitin. It is currently the tallest free-standing structure in Europe and 11th tallest in the world.

Vystavka Dostizheniy Narodnogo Khozyaystva (VDNKh) (Russian: Выставка достижений народного хозяйства, ВДНХ, pronounced [vɛ dɛ ɛn xa], lit. Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy) is a permanent general purpose trade show and amusement park in Moscow, Russia. Between 1991 and 2014 it was also called the All-Russia Exhibition Centre.

The Monument to the Conquerors of Space (Russian: Монуме́нт «Покори́телям ко́смоса», tr. Monumént "Pokorítelyam kósmosa", IPA: [mənʊˈmʲent pəkɐrʲˈitʲɪlʲɪm ˈkosməsə]) was erected in Moscow in 1964 to celebrate achievements of the Soviet people in space exploration. It depicts a starting rocket that rises on its exhaust plume.

The Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics (Russian Музей космонавтики, also known as the Memorial Museum of Astronautics (in English) or Memorial Museum of Space Exploration) is a museum in Moscow, Russia, dedicated to space exploration. It is located within the base of the Monument to the Conquerors of Space in the north-east of the city.

Ostankino Palace is a former summer residence and private opera theatre of Sheremetev family, originally situated several kilometres to the north from Moscow but now a part of the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow. Extant historical Ostankino includes the main wooden palace, built in 1792-1798 around a theater hall, with adjacent Egyptian and Italian pavilions, a 17th-century Trinity church, and fragments of the old Ostankino park with a replica of Milovzor folly.

It was the tallest, as well as the tallest revolving restaurant in the world in 1967-75. Now it's #3 (after Canton Tower and CN Tower) tallest revolving and #8 tallest restaurant in the world.

The Moscow Pavilion (former 70 Pavilion) was designed as an exhibition pavilion for the Soviet Union at the international exhibition Expo 67 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The project was designed by a team of architects led by Mikhail Posokhin. Since the 1990s, the pavilion it has been commonly called the Moscow Pavilion.

The Tsytsin Main Moscow Botanical Garden of Academy of Sciences was founded in April 1945, and claims itself to be the largest botanical garden in Europe. It covers a territory of approximately 3.61 km², bordering the VDNKH Exhibition Center, and contains a live exhibition of more than twenty thousand different species of plants coming from various parts of the world.
