Turin Center

The Museo Egizio (Italian for "Egyptian Museum") is an archaeological museum in Turin, Piedmont, Italy, specialising in Egyptian archaeology and anthropology. It houses one of the largest collections of Egyptian antiquities, with more than 30,000 artefacts. In 2015 it received about 772,900 visitors.

The Chapel of the Holy Shroud (Italian: Cappella della Sacra Sindone) is a Baroque-style Roman Catholic chapel in Turin in northern Italy. Located outside the Turin Cathedral and connected to the Royal Palace of Turin, the chapel was designed by the architect Guarino Guarini and built at the end of the 17th century (1668–94), during the reign of Charles Emmanuel II, Duke of Savoy.

The 2017 Turin stampede occurred on 3 June 2017 when panic emerged in the Piazza San Carlo after a robbery attempt during a screening of the UEFA Champions League Final in Turin, Italy between Torinese club Juventus and Real Madrid. Two women died, and at least 1,526 people were injured.

The Palatine Gate (Italian: Porta Palatina or Porte Palatine; Piedmontese: Tor Roman-e) is a Roman Age city gate located in Turin, Italy. The gate provided access through the city walls of Julia Augusta Taurinorum (modern Turin) from the North side and, as a result, it constituted the Porta Principalis Dextra (Right-Side Main Gate) of the old town.

The International University College of Turin, or IUC Turin, is an independent University founded in 2006 with a grant from the Compagnia di San Paolo and Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato. Teaching at IUC focuses on the interdisciplinary and critical study of law, economics and finance. The IUC is located in the center of the city of Turin, Italy.

Torre Littoria, or Grattacielo Reale Mutua, is the first high-rise building in Turin, and one of the most renowned rationalist buildings in Italy. It is located in the city centre, on Via Giovanni Battista Viotti, near Piazza Castello.Torre Littoria was built in 1933-34, with the intent of hosting, among other offices, the national headquarters of the National Fascist Party; in fact it never did, with the party's headquarters located first in Milan and then in Rome.
