Eltham Palace is a large house in Eltham () in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, in south-east London, England. It is an unoccupied former royal residence owned by the Crown Estate, and managed since 1995 by English Heritage which restored the building in 1999 and opened it to the public. The interior of the Art Deco house has been critiqued as a "masterpiece of modern design".

Chinbrook lies between Grove Park and Mottingham, approximately half a mile east of Grove Park centre and is generally considered part of Grove Park.Most of Chinbrook including the main crossroads falls within the London Borough of Lewisham and under the postcode district SE12, although immediately northeast from the crossroads is the border with the London Borough of Bromley and the SE9 postcode district.

The Church of Holy Trinity is a Church of England parish church in Eltham, Royal Borough of Greenwich, London. The church is a grade II listed building. It is the location of the Gallipoli Memorial Chapel, which was dedicated in 1917 to those who had died in the Gallipoli Campaign.

The A2212 road is a 4-digit, non-primary A road in southeast London, England; it is 5.7 km (3.5 mi) long and runs in a north to south direction from Lee Green, to Bromley passing through Grove Park, Downham, Plaistow and Sundridge.
