Highcastle

The Lviv High Castle or Lviv Castle Hill (Ukrainian: Високий замок / Замкова гора, romanized: Vysokyi zamok / Zamkova hora; Polish: Wysoki Zamek) is a historic castle located on the top of the Castle Hill of the city of Lviv. It is currently the highest point in the city, 413 metres (1,355 ft) above sea level.

Union of Lublin Mound (Ukrainian: Копець Люблінської унії; Polish: Kopiec Unii Lubelskiej) is an artificial hill, 29 m high, in Lviv, modern day Ukraine created in 1869-1890 to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Union of Lublin. It is located on the summit of Lviv High Castle.In the second half of the 19th century Poles living under Russian, Prussian and Austrian rule as a result of partitions of Poland, were looking for every opportunity to celebrate important events from the Polish history, reminding them of Poland's past glories.

Pidzamche railway station (also known as Lviv-Pidzamche) is a railway station of the Lviv Railways located in Lviv, 7 km away from the city's main railway terminal. Officially considered a freight station, it is nevertheless served by all passing suburban trains, as well as several long-distance trains.
