Holosiivskyi District (Ukrainian: Голосіївський район, translit.: Holosiivs’kyi raion) is an urban district of the city of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.Holosiivskyi District was created during changing of administrative divisions of the capital of Ukraine, which was conducted in September 2001, as per the decision of the Kiev City Council on January 1, 2001.

Feofaniya Clinical Hospital (Ukrainian: Клінічна Лікарня "Феофанія") is a hospital of State Management of Affairs of Ukraine which designated to provide medical service to Ukrainian officials. It is located on the southern outskirts of Kiev next to village of Novosilky of the Kiev-Sviatoshyn Raion. Next to the hospital also is located the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The Museum of Soviet occupation (Ukrainian: Музей радянської окупації, Muzei radianskoi okupatsii) in Kiev, Ukraine, is devoted to portraying the crimes of the Soviet regime in Ukraine from 1917 to 1991. It was established in November 2001 by the Vasyl Stus branch of Memorial Society as an exhibition "Not to be forgotten: The Chronicle of Communist inquisition." Between 2001 and 2007, the exposition grew into a full fledged museum.

Evangel Theological Seminary (ETS) is an evangelical theological seminary based in Kiev, Ukraine.

Holosiivska (Ukrainian: Голосіївська) is the second station on the Kiev Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line's Holosiiv-Teremky extension. It opened on December 15, 2010. The station is situated in the Holosiiv Raion near the Holosiivska Square.The station was due to open late 2008, and that opening was later rescheduled by Metro authorities to March 2009.

Pyrohiv (Ukrainian: Пирогі́в), also known as Pirogov (Russian: Пирого́в), originally a village south of Kiev, is a neighborhood in the southern outskirts of the Ukrainian capital city. It is now home to an outdoor Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine.Although the origin of the toponym is uncertain, pyrohiv is genitive plural form of the Ukrainian word for pie.
