The Vancouver Aquarium (officially the Ocean Wise Conservation Association) is a public aquarium located in Stanley Park in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In addition to being a major tourist attraction for Vancouver, the aquarium is a centre for marine research, conservation and marine animal rehabilitation.

The 9 O'Clock Gun is a cannon located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, that is shot every night at 21:00 (9 p.m.) PT. The crests of King George III and Henry Phipps, 1st Earl of Mulgrave, Master-General of the Ordnance at the time the cannon was cast, are on the barrel.The gun is a 12-pound muzzle-loaded naval cannon, cast in Woolwich, England in 1816.

The Empire Landmark Hotel, often referred to by its original name, the Sheraton Landmark, was the tallest hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia. The building was revolutionary at the time as it had a revolving restaurant on its top floor, Cloud 9, which was one of only two revolving restaurants in Vancouver, the other being the Harbour Centre.

The Qube is a building in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.It was built as the headquarters for Westcoast Transmission Co. in 1969 and won the 1970–71 Design in Steel Award from the American Iron and Steel Institute. It was known as the Westcoast Transmission Building from 1969 to 2000, Duke Energy Building from 2000 to 2004, and then was renovated to condominiums as the Qube in 2005.

Deadman Island is a 3.8 ha island to the south of Stanley Park in Coal Harbour in Vancouver, British Columbia. The indigenous Squamish name is "skwtsa7s", meaning simply "island." Officially designated "Deadman Island" by the Geographical Names Board of Canada in 1937, it is commonly referred to as Deadman's Island.
