Templiner See

Potsdam Pirschheide station is a station on the Berlin outer ring. It was opened in 1958 as Potsdam Süd (south) station and was called Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main station) from 1961 to 1993. In this period it was the most important station on the outer ring after Berlin Schönefeld Flughafen station.Although the station is far from the centre of Potsdam on the Pirschheide (Pirsch heath) to the southwest of the town, in its heyday as the main station it had substantial passenger traffic and often reached its capacity limit.

Templiner See is a lake in the state of Brandenburg, Germany. It stretches to the south and west from the centre of the city of Potsdam.The lake is some 5.8 kilometres (3.6 mi) long, with a maximum width of 1.2 kilometres (0.75 mi) and a surface area is 5.11 square kilometres (1.97 sq mi). It lies at an elevation of 29.4 metres (96 ft) above sea level, and has a maximum depth of 6 metres (20 ft).

The Kiewitt Ferry is a passenger cable ferry in the city of Potsdam in Brandenburg, Germany. It crosses the Havel river, at the northern end of the Templiner See, between Auf dem Kiewitt on the Potsdam side and the Hermannswerder peninsular.The ferry is operated by Verkehrsbetrieb Potsdam, who also operate the city's tram and bus networks, and is numbered as line F1.

Potsdam Charlottenhof is a railway station in the city of Potsdam, the state capital of Brandenburg, Germany. The ensemble is a protected monument.

The Villa Ingenheim is an historic building in the suburbs west of Brandenburg Potsdam. Located at Zeppelinstraße 127/128, the property was used by the German Armed Forces Military History Research Office (since 2013, the Center for Military History and Social Sciences of the Bundeswehr).
