Heiligenstadt is a station on Line U4 of the Vienna U-Bahn (an urban rapid-transit system). Beside the U-Bahn station is the Wien Heiligenstadt railway station, which is served by Vienna S-Bahn lines S40 and S45.Both stations are located in the Döbling District. The U-Bahn station opened in 1976.

Spittelau is a station on Line U4 and Line U6 of the Vienna U-Bahn. It combines with Wien Spittelau railway station, which is operated by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), to form a multistorey interchange station.The U4 platforms at Spittelau, along with the ÖBB platforms served by regional trains and by line S40 of the Vienna S-Bahn, are at ground level.

Wien Heiligenstadt (German for Vienna Heiligenstadt) is a railway station located in the Döbling district of Vienna, Austria. Opened in 1898, it is owned and operated by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), and is served by regional and S-Bahn trains.Alongside the station is the Heiligenstadt U-Bahn station, which is the northern terminus of Line U4 of the Vienna U-Bahn.
