Villa Borghese

The Pincian Hill (; Italian: Pincio [ˈpintʃo]; Latin: Mons Pincius) is a hill in the northeast quadrant of the historical centre of Rome. The hill lies to the north of the Quirinal, overlooking the Campus Martius. It was outside the original boundaries of the ancient city of Rome, and was not one of the Seven hills of Rome, but it lies within the wall built by Roman Emperor Aurelian between 270 and 273.

The Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea ("national gallery of modern and contemporary art"), also known as La Galleria Nazionale, is an art gallery in Rome, Italy. It was founded in 1883 on the initiative of the then Minister Guido Baccelli and is dedicated to modern and contemporary art.

The Temple of Aesculapius located in the gardens of the Villa Borghese, in Rome, was built in the ionic style between 1785 and 1792 by Antonio Asprucci and his son Mario Asprucci, with help from Cristoforo Unterperger. The temple was perhaps built in memory of the destroyed ancient temple to the god of Medicine on the Tiber Island.

The Monument to Nizami Ganjavi (Italian: Monumento a Nizami Ganjavi), the medieval Persian poet, is located in the capital of Italy, Rome, in Villa Borghese gardens, on Viale Madama Letizia Street (Italian: Viale Madama Letizia). Salhab Mammadov, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan and Ali Ibadullayev, Honoured Artist of Azerbaijan are the authors of the monument.

The Horti Aciliorum were gardens in the city of Rome, created on the Pincian Hill between the Porta Pinciana and what is now the Spanish Steps in the 2nd century.
