Fairfax High School is a public high school in the eastern United States, located in Fairfax, Virginia, a suburb west of Washington, D.C. The school is owned by the City of Fairfax, but is operated by Fairfax County Public Schools as part of a contractual agreement with the adjacent municipality, County of Fairfax.

Fairfax Public School, also known as the Old Fairfax Elementary School Annex, is a historic school building located at Fairfax, Virginia. It consists of two sections built in 1873 and 1912, and is a two-story, brick building. The original section lies at the rear of the building, which was later fronted by the two-story, rectangular, hipped roof section.

Historic Blenheim is a ca. 1859 brick farm house designed in the Greek Revival style and located in City of Fairfax, Virginia. During the American Civil War, Union soldiers were often encamped on the grounds surrounding the house and utilized it as part of a reserve hospital system. As a result, more than 115 of these soldiers inscribed words and pictures on the first and second floor walls, as well as the attic of the house.

The Ratcliffe–Logan–Allison House is a historic home located at Fairfax, Virginia. It is commonly and historically known as Earp's Ordinary, as the structure is an expansion of the original Earp's Ordinary, a late 18th Century building used as a tavern and store by Caleb Earp. It consists of two sections built about 1810 and about 1830, and is a small two-story, single pile brick building.

Old Town Hall is a classical revival style hall that was built in 1900 by Joseph E. Willard and subsequently donated by him to Fairfax, Virginia. The hall was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987 as part of the City of Fairfax Historic District.
