CUHK Medical Centre (Chinese: 香港中文大學醫院; Cantonese Yale: Hēunggóngjūngmándaaihhohk Yīyún) is a private general hospital located on Chak Cheung Street, Ma Liu Shui, New Territories, Hong Kong, next to University station. It is a self-financed private teaching hospital of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

MOSTown (formerly Sunshine City; Chinese: 新港城) is a shopping mall in the town centre of Ma On Shan in the Sha Tin District of Hong Kong. It was developed by Henderson Land Development, and contains a series of high-rise residential tower blocks and a series of shopping arcades.

The institution was established in 2000.Tak Sun is founded on Catholic Christian values, incorporates the involvement of parents in the education of their children and encourages their own personal growth as parents.

Mountain Shore (Chinese: 曉峯灣畔) is a private housing estate in Tai Shui Hang, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin District, New Territories, Hong Kong. The estate is one of the Hong Kong Housing Society's Sandwich Class Housing Scheme projects converted into private developments.The housing estate is built along Tide Cove.

Science Park (Chinese: 科學園站) or Pak Shek Kok (Chinese: 白石角站) is a proposed MTR station which may be built in Pak Shek Kok, New Territories, Hong Kong. The station would be on the East Rail line between University and Tai Po Market stations, serving the Hong Kong Science Park. However, little is known about the status of the planning of this station.

The Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village (Chinese: 烏溪沙青年新村) is a beach camp in Wu Kai Sha, in the New Territories, operated by the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong.

Ma On Shan Park is a public park located at 12 On Chun Street in the town centre of Ma On Shan town in the Sha Tin District of Hong Kong's New Territories. It is situated next to the shopping centre of Ma On Shan Plaza. The natural scenery of Pat Sin Leng and Tolo Harbour can be viewed from the park.
