Dhobikhola Corridor

The Central Development Region (Nepali: मध्यमाञ्चल विकास क्षेत्र, Madhyamānchal Bikās Kshetra) was one of Nepal's five development regions. It was located in the east-central part of the country consisting of the capital city Kathmandu, along with its headquarters at Hetauda.Before the adoption of provinces in 2015, it comprised three zones:BagmatiNarayaniJanakpur

Gyaneshwor is one of the central neighborhoods in the city of Kathmandu, Nepal. It is named after the ancient temple of Gyaneshwor Mahadev & Bhairavsthan located there. It is a multi-cultural residential area with good facilities. Some major establishments located there are the German embassy to Nepal, USEF, Mega Bank, Kaveri Inn, Valley Petrol Station, AT Burger House, Galaxy Public School, Mahendra Bhawan School etc.

Kantipur (from kanti light, pur city) was a medieval kingdom in the Malla confederacy of Nepal. The name of the kingdom was derived from the Sanskrit name of its capital city, now known as Kathmandu.
