Rumelihisarı (also known as Rumelian Castle and Roumeli Hissar Castle) or Boğazkesen Castle (meaning "Strait-Blocker Castle" or literally "Strait-Cutter Castle") is a medieval fortress located in Istanbul, Turkey, on a series of hills on the European banks of the Bosphorus. The fortress also lends its name to the immediate neighborhood around it in the city's Sarıyer district.

Arnavutköy (meaning "Albanian village" in Turkish) is a historic neighbourhood in Istanbul, Turkey renowned for its wooden Ottoman mansions and seafood restaurants, as well as the campus of the prestigious Robert College with its historic buildings. It is part of the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, and is located between Ortaköy and Bebek on the European shoreline of the Bosphorus strait.

Bebek is a historic Istanbul neighbourhood that falls within the boundaries and administration of the Beşiktaş district. Aşiyan Museum (Turkish: Aşiyan Müzesi) is the house of famous Turkish poet Tevfik Fikret (1867–1915) at Aşiyan neighborhood of Beşiktaş district in Istanbul. It was built in 1906 and later in 1945 converted to a museum. The museum is owned by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

Aşiyan is a planned underground station and the eastern terminus of the under construction F4 funicular line of the Istanbul Metro in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. The station will be located next to the Aşiyan Park, along Cevdet Paşa Avenue on the Bosphorus strait in Bebek. The station is expected to open, along with the F4 line, in 2019.

Emirgan Pier (Turkish: Emirgan İskelesi) is a historic passenger ferryboat pier located in Emirgan neighborhood of Sarıyer district in Istanbul Province, Turkey. It serves ferries in Istanbul running between Çengelköy and İstinye on Bosphorus.The pier went into service in 1851 as the most of the piers on Bosphorus.
