Start at Yantacaw Park on Park Ave (I usually do 4 laps there = 1mile)...follow the trail down the hill to Memorial Parks 1, 2 and 3 ending up at Kingsland Park. Along the way see all of the creeks with ducks, geese and an occasional blue heron! In Kingsland Park you'll see beautiful waterfalls and historical Kingsland Manor. Once you reach the waterfalls by Kingsland Ave., turn around to walk back to the starting point. You will have completed almost 5 miles. If you do only 1 lap in Yantacaw Park the route total will be 3.7 miles.
