Start from the Long Canyon trailhead parking lot. At the first bench, take left. Then, take the second right turn, which is going a bit up hill to start your loop. Keep going until you are at the bottom of the route where there are many Oak and big trees. Take a left. Keep going and take a left where it meets the main fireroad which would bring you back to complete the loop. Then come back to the first bench, take a right and hike down to the Parking lot.
