La balade commence au parking (gratuit) des arènes. Elle prend une partie du parcours de santé en bordant la falaise et arrive à la pointe de Ste Barbe. La balade est belle et agréable. Des baskets sont largement suffisantes pour la faire. Le sentier est en grande partie en terre: veiller à mettre des chaussures qui ne craignent pas la boue par temps humide.
