Lake Voulismeni (Greek: Λίμνη Βουλισμένη, Límni Voulisméni) is a former sweetwater small lake, later connected to the sea, located at the centre of the town of Agios Nikolaos on the Greek island of Crete. It has a circular shape of a diameter of 137 m and depth 48.8m. The locals refer to it as simply "the lake".

The Archaeological Museum of Agios Nikolaos is a museum in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece. It is currently closed for restoration (date of this edit is 13 October 2015). No re-opening date is available.

Lato pros Kamara or simply Kamara or Camara (Ancient Greek: Καμάρα) was an ancient city of Crete, situated to the east of Olous (Ptol. iii. 17. § 5), at a distance of 15 stadia according to the Maritime Itinerary, currently the site of Agios Nikolaos, Crete. Lato pros Kamara was settled in the late Bronze Age as the population of Dorian Lato realised greater security and its expanding population settled the coastal area, which had been subject to greater likelihood of marine attack during the earlier Bronze Age.

Nikolos (Greek: Νικολός), also known as Nikolonisi, Nikolo Nisi, and Agios Antonios, is an island close to the northeastern coast of Crete. Administratively it comes within the Agios Nikolaos municipality in Lasithi.
