Matilda House is one of the oldest houses in Singapore. Located at Punggol Walk in Punggol, it is very close to the Soo Teck LRT station. Built in 1902, it originally belonged to Mr Alexander Cashin, whose family history in Singapore can be traced back to the early 1840s. It has entrances on two sides of the main building, an open balcony at the front façade, and a long verandah.

Waterway Point (Chinese: 水滨坊）is a suburban shopping mall located in the town centre of Punggol New Town, Singapore, next to Punggol MRT/LRT station. The mall was built as part of Punggol's first integrated waterfront residential and retail development, Watertown. It is the first mall in Singapore to be integrated with a town square and a visitors’ centre which provides an avenue for residents and the public to learn more about the heritage of Punggol through exhibitions and civic and community events.

Punggol MRT/LRT station (NE17/PTC/CP4) is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) interchange station in Punggol, Singapore. It is currently an interchange between the North East line (NEL) and Punggol LRT (PGLRT), and the only MRT station located within Punggol planning area, located near Punggol Temporary Bus Interchange and Waterway Point along Punggol Central.

Watertown is a sustainable integrated development located in Punggol, Singapore, next to Punggol MRT/LRT station. The project features a retail and residential component and is Punggol's first integrated waterfront development, with the Punggol Waterway located right next to the development.The residential component consists of 11 residential condominium towers ranging from 11 storeys to 14 storeys which are located above the retail component, the Waterway Point.
