Long Buckby Triangle

Daventry is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2010 by Chris Heaton-Harris of the Conservative Party.

Long Buckby is a populous village and civil parish in the Daventry District of Northamptonshire, England midway between Northampton and Rugby. In the United Kingdom Census 2011, the parish of Long Buckby, which includes the hamlet of Long Buckby Wharf, had a population of 3,913. The west of the parish has the Grand Union Canal, A5 and adjoining M1 motorway all passing through the Watford Gap, with Watford, Northamptonshire being the next village to the north.

The Daventry District is a local government district in western Northamptonshire, England. The district is named after its main town of Daventry where the council is based.The district was created on 1 April 1974, under the Local Government Act 1972, by a merger of the historic municipal borough of Daventry with the Daventry Rural District and most of the Brixworth Rural District.

Long Buckby Association Football Club is a football club based in Long Buckby, near Northampton, Northamptonshire, England. They are currently members of the United Counties League Division One and play at Station Road.

St Lawrence's Church is an Anglican Church and the parish church of Long Buckby. It is a Grade II* listed building and stands on the north side of Church Street.There is no reference to a church or priest in the entry for Long Buckby in the Domesday Book.The main structure of the present building is medieval, with restoration in 1862 by George Gilbert Scott and in 1883–87 by William Bassett-Smith.
