Ffrith Beach, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, North Wales (Postal code LL19 7AR) is one of three sandy beaches along the Prestatyn coastline - Barkby Beach, Central Beach and Ffrith Beach. A promenade joins the three beaches, and, at around 4-miles in length, is used by walkers and cyclists. It has recently been incorporated into the new National Cycle Network.

Bastion Road, also known as Bastion Gardens, is a football stadium in Prestatyn, Wales. It is currently used for football matches and is the home ground of Prestatyn Town F.C.. The stadium holds up to 2,300 people, although the record attendance was 1,280.

Prestatyn North is the name of one of the electoral wards of the town of Prestatyn, Denbighshire, Wales. It cover the northwest part of the town, either side of Victoria Road close to the beach. Prestatyn East ward lies to the east, while Rhyl East lies to the west.According to the 2011 UK Census the population of the ward was 5,716 (with 4,624 of voting age).

The Royal Alexandra Hospital (Welsh: Ysbyty Frenhinol Alexandra) is a community hospital in Rhyl, Denbighshire, Wales. It is managed by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The hospital is a Grade II listed building.

Prestatyn railway station on the North Wales Coast Line serves the town of Prestatyn in North Wales.The station was built on the Chester and Holyhead Railway (CHR) line and opened on 1 May 1848. The coming of the railway is credited with bringing large numbers of tourists and prosperity to the town. When the CHR was acquired by the London & North Western Railway (LNWR), further expansion occurred at Prestatyn and the station became a junction for a branch line to Dyserth.

Rhyl (; Welsh: Y Rhyl, pronounced [ə ˈr̥ɨl]) is a seaside resort and community in the Welsh county of Denbighshire. It lies within the historic boundaries of Flintshire, on the north-east coast of Wales at the mouth of the River Clwyd (Welsh: Afon Clwyd). To the west is the suburb of Kinmel Bay and the resort of Towyn beyond, to the east Prestatyn, and to the south Rhuddlan.
