Westville Dam

The Westville Dam is located on the Quinebaug River between Southbridge and Sturbridge, about 1.3 miles (2.1 km) west of the Southbridge town center and 18 miles (29 km) southwest of Worcester, Massachusetts.Designed and constructed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, this dam substantially reduces flooding along the Quinebaug and Thames rivers.

Judson–Litchfield House

Built sometime in the 1830s, it is a well-preserved local example of brick Greek Revival architecture, of which there are few surviving examples in the city. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Other houses were built in this area during the same time period due to the expansion of the Globe Village area, and were occupied to middle class workers and supervisors of the Hamilton Woolen Company.

The ​2 1⁄2-story wood frame house was probably built in the 1840s, and is a well-preserved example of a rural Greek Revival farmhouse. It was shown on an 1855 map as being owned by H. Morse, in the 1870s by Lyman Morse, and in 1878 by "Misses Morse".

An excellent example of a vernacular Victorian duplex, it was probably built around 1890 for Napoleon LaRochelle, a polisher for the American Optical Company. He owned this and another house next door which was built in the same style.

The Simon Plimpton Farmhouse is a historic farm in Southbridge, Massachusetts. It was probably built about 1789 by Simon Plimpton and his brother Baxter on family-owned land. Baxter Plimpton eventually deeded his share over to Simon; the house has been in the hands of Plimpton descendants since.
