De Echoput is a restaurant and part of Hotel Gastronomique De Echoput in Hoog Soeren, Apeldoorn in the Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one or two Michelin stars in the period 1971–1997, 2002-2004 and in 2012. GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 15.0 out of 20 points.De Echoput is a member and one of the founding fathers of Alliance Gastronomique NéerlandaiseThe restaurant's first owner and head chef was Jaap Klosse, who made full use of the location on the edge of the Royal Game Reserve Het Loo.

The National Canadian Liberation Monument (Dutch language: Nationaal Canadees Bevrijdingsmonument) is a monument for the war in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, honouring the liberation of Holland. It features a sculpture Man with Two Hats by Henk Visch, which is identical to one in Commissioners Park in Ottawa.

De Naald (English: The Needle) is an obelisk-shaped monument at the side of the Zwolseweg road in the Dutch city of Apeldoorn, near Het Loo Palace. It is built of stone and surrounded by a low iron fence.

Het Jachthuis Hoog Soeren is a defunct restaurant in Hoog Soeren, Apeldoorn in the Netherlands. It was awarded one Michelin star in 1994 and retained that rating until 2001. The restaurant closed in February 2014, when the lease expired. Owner and head chef cited the high rent, the economic crisis and the lack of Michelin star as reasons to quit, as he deemed exploitation not viable under these circumstances.
