Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" is non-profit, non-state higher education institution, established in 1998.Peter M. Talanchuk - President of University "Ukraine", honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the initiator and president of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine, member of four international academies, honorary rector of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", the first Minister of Education of independent Ukraine.

Sviatoshynskyi Raion (Ukrainian: Святошинський район, Sviatoshynskyi Raion) is an urban district in the city of Kiev located at the western part of city. Th district was created in 2001 after renaming the former Leningrad District. It borders four other districts in Kiev such as Podilskyi District, Obolonskyi District, Solomianskyi District, Shevchenkivskyi District as well as the Kiev-Sviatoshyn Raion and city of Irpin that administratively are part of Kiev Oblast.

Sviatoshyn (Ukrainian: Свято́шин, romanized: Svjatóshin, IPA: [s⁽ʲ⁾wjɐˈtɔʃɪn]; also Свято́шино or Свято́шине) is a historical neighborhood and a suburb of Ukraine's capital Kiev that is located on the western edge of the city area, in an eponymous municipality.Previously it was a dacha village (summer colony) in a pine grove which was included into the Kiev city council area in 1919.
