The Forbidden City (Chinese: 故宫; pinyin: Gùgōng) is a palace complex in central Beijing, China. It houses the Palace Museum, and was the former Chinese imperial palace and state residence of the Emperor of China from the Ming dynasty (since the Yongle Emperor) to the end of the Qing dynasty, between 1420 and 1924.

Beijing apm, also known as Xindong'an Plaza (Chinese: 新东安广场; pinyin: Xīndōng'ān Guǎngchǎng), is a shopping mall and office building at Wangfujing, Beijing, China. It is a commercial property developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. It has a total area of 120,000 m2 (1,300,000 sq ft).The building was built on the site of the old Dong'an Department Store and opened in 1998.

The Beijing Department Store (Chinese: 北京市百货大楼; Pinyin: Běijīng Shì Bǎihuò Dàlóu) is a major department store on Wangfujing street, Beijing, China.The department store was opened in September 1955 under the name of Wangfujing Department Store(王府井百货商店). It changed to its present name in July 1968. In the 1970s an office building and a warehouse were built and annexed to the main building.

The Gate of Blending Harmony(Chinese: 协和门), or the Gate of Xiehe, Xiehemen, is a gate sits on the central road of the outer court of the Forbidden City, outside of the Gate of Supreme Harmony. On the eastern and opposite of the road to the Gate of Glorious Harmony. It was first built in the 18th year of Yongle and named the Gate of Left Obedience.

The Peninsula Beijing (Chinese: 王府半岛酒店; Chinese: 王府半島酒店; pinyin: Wángfǔ Bàndǎo Jiǔdiàn) is a 5-star luxury hotel in Beijing. It was China’s first luxury hotel when it opened as The Palace Hotel in 1989. The Peninsula Hotels, part of the Hong Kong And Shanghai Hotels Group, assumed management of the hotel in 1996 and renamed it The Peninsula Beijing in 2006.

St. Joseph's Church (simplified Chinese: 大圣若瑟堂; traditional Chinese: 大聖若瑟堂), commonly known as Wangfujing Church (Chinese: 王府井天主堂) or Dongtang (Chinese: 東堂, the East Cathedral), is an early 20th-century Romanesque Revival church that is one of the four historic Catholic churches in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Beijing.

Wangfujing (Chinese: 王府井; pinyin: Wángfǔjǐng; literally: 'Prince's Mansion Well') is a shopping street in Beijing, China, located in Dongcheng District. The majority of the main area is pedestrianised. Since the middle of the Ming Dynasty there have been commercial activities in the area. In the Qing Dynasty, ten aristocratic estates and princess residence were built here, soon after when a well full of sweet water was discovered, thereby giving the street its name "Wang Fu" (princely residence), "Jing" (well).
