Dubai Marina (Arabic: مرسى دبي‎) is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, built along a 3-kilometre (2 mi) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2016, it has a population of 45,395. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas.

Grosvenor House is a twin tower complex in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The two towers, Grosvenor House West Marina Beach and Grosvenor House The Residence, stand at the same height of 210 metres (690 ft) with 48 floors each. The complex, which is owned by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, is named after the Grosvenor House in London.

Cayan Tower, known as Infinity Tower before it was inaugurated, is a 306-metre-tall (1,004 ft), 75-story skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by Cayan Real Estate Investment and Development. DAMAC Residenze formerly named DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey, 335 m (1,099 ft), supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, Dubai. It is the second supertall project by DAMAC Properties, the first being Ocean Heights, which is also located in Dubai Marina. The building will overlook the Palm Jumeirah.

Emirates Crown is a 63-floor residential tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Bin Shafar Holding and designed by Design & Architecture Bureau. The tower has a structural height of 296 m (971 ft). Construction of the Emirates Crown began in 2005, and was completed in 2008. Upon completion, it stood as the 6th-tallest building in Dubai, and 45th-tallest building in the world.

Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites is a 59-floor 256 metre (840 ft) tall skyscraper completed in 2007. This residential and hotel tower is located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and features 261 suites offering choices of 24 spacious studio rooms, six one-bedroom, 170 two-bedroom and 55 three-bedroom suites, as well as six penthouses.

MarinaScape is a complex of two residential towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Oceanic Tower consists of 34 storeys and has a total structural height of 132 m (430 ft). The shorter tower, Avant Tower, consists of 26 storeys at a height of 104 m (340 ft). The towers was handed over to owners in December 2008.

The Pier 8 is a 40-floor tower in the inner Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Pier 8 tower was expected to be completed in 2011.

Marina 1 is a cluster of six residential buildings in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Marina 1 was the first phase, and first completed buildings, in Dubai Marina. Because of that, these buildings have become a symbol for Dubai Marina. The complex contains 1100 units, which were all sold out shortly after going on sale in 2002.

The Princess Tower (Arabic: برج الأميرة‎) is a 101-story, 413.4 m (1,356 ft) tall residential-only skyscraper located in the Marina district of Dubai, UAE. Princess Tower is currently the third tallest building in Dubai, after the Burj Khalifa and the Marina 101 and the 29th tallest building in the world.
