Stirling Gardens is a small public park in Perth, Western Australia.Located on the corner of St Georges Terrace and Barrack Street, west of the Government House and north of the Supreme Court buildings, it contains a group of significant sculpture items.

Point Belches is a small point on the south side of Swan River, Western Australia, about 250 metres (820 ft) east of The Narrows within the area known as Perth Water. The land is part of the South Perth Esplanade, and the water off the point is used as a commercial water skiing area.Captain James Stirling discovered Point Belches during the Swan River expedition of 1827.

Government House is the official residence of the Governor of Western Australia, situated in the central business district of Perth, the state capital. It was built between 1859 and 1864, in the Jacobean Revival style.Government House is located on St Georges Terrace (Perth's main thoroughfare), sitting on the same block as Council House and the Supreme Court buildings.

C Restaurant is a revolving restaurant located at Level 33 of St Martins Tower in Perth, Western Australia. It is the only revolving restaurant in Perth, completing a full 360 degree rotation in 90 minutes and has been described by The Sunday Telegraph of London as offering "views of the Swan River, the flat expanse of the suburbs and the dry hills 25 miles [40 kilometres] beyond".

Citibank House is an 18-storey office building in Perth, Western Australia. The 224-foot (68 m) building was opened in 1962 as the T & G Building, and was the tallest building in Perth until 1970 when Hamersley House was opened. It underwent a major refurbishment in the 1980s which significantly altered the building's external features.

Cathedral Avenue is a short lane situated in Perth between St Georges Terrace and Hay Street east of Barrack Street within the Cathedral Square precinct.Sometimes it was shown as St. George's Avenue. Cathedral Avenue operates as an access route to both the Treasury Buildings and to St George's Cathedral for formal functions.

Council House is a 13-storey office building on St Georges Terrace in Perth, Western Australia. Located beside Stirling Gardens and Government House in the city's central business district, the 49.8-metre (163 ft) building was designed by Howlett and Bailey Architects and opened by The Queen in 1963, after Perth hosted the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games.

South Perth Esplanade is the name of the foreshore area of Perth Water from Point Belches to Mends Street Jetty in South Perth, Western Australia.It has been in the past susceptible to tidal and flooding inundations.It has been a desirable location for real estate looking across the Swan River to the city of Perth, as well as watching the City of Perth Skyworks.

Elizabeth Quay is a mixed-use development project in the Perth central business district. Located on the north shore of Perth Water and centred on the landmark Swan Bells, it was named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II during her Diamond Jubilee.The project includes construction of an artificial inlet on what was previously the Esplanade Reserve, and modifications to the surrounding environs including Barrack Square.
