East Aurora Easy

East Aurora is a village in Erie County, New York, United States, southeast of Buffalo. It lies in the eastern half of the town of Aurora. The village population was 6,236 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. In 2015, East Aurora was rated the third-best town to raise a family in New York State by Niche.

The Fillmore House, or Millard Fillmore House, is a historic house museum at 24 Shearer Avenue in East Aurora in Erie County, New York. Built in 1826, it was from then until 1830 the residence of the 13th President of the United States, Millard Fillmore. Moved twice and significantly altered, it is the only surviving building other than the White House associated with Fillmore's life.

Baker Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church, now known as Baker Memorial United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church complex located at East Aurora in Erie County, New York. It was built in 1927-1928, and is limestone structure with cat stone trim. It consists of the church, a one-story chapel, and attached parish hall in the Collegiate Gothic style.

Roycroft was a reformist community of craft workers and artists which formed part of the Arts and Crafts movement in the United States. Elbert Hubbard founded the community in 1895, in the village of East Aurora, New York, near Buffalo. Participants were known as Roycrofters. The work and philosophy of the group, often referred to as the Roycroft movement, had a strong influence on the development of American architecture and design in the early 20th century.

George and Gladys Scheidemantel House is a historic home located at East Aurora in Erie County, New York. It is a locally distinctive example of the Arts and Crafts movement style of architecture built in 1910. It is a two-story, frame, bungalow that combines elements of the American Foursquare and Craftsman styles.
