A statue of Sherlock Holmes by the sculptor John Doubleday stands near the supposed site of 221B Baker Street, the fictional detective's address in London. Unveiled on 23 September 1999, the sculpture was funded by the Abbey National building society, whose headquarters were on the purported site of the famous address.

The Baker Street robbery was the burglary of safety deposit boxes at the Baker Street branch of Lloyds Bank in London, on the night of 11 September 1971. A gang tunnelled 40 feet (12 m) from a rented shop two doors away to come up through the floor of the vault. The value of the property stolen is unknown, but is likely to have been between £1.25 and £3 million; only £231,000 was recovered by the police.

Bayswater is an area within the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in West London. It is a built-up district located 2.5 miles (4.0 km) west-northwest of Charing Cross, bordering the north of Kensington Gardens and having a population density of 17,500 per square kilometre.

Bayswater Road is the main road running along the northern edge of Hyde Park in London. Originally part of the A40 road, it is now designated part of the A402 road.

The Gate Cinema is a Grade II listed building in Notting Hill Gate, London W11.It opened in 1911 as the Electric Palace, having been converted by William Hancock from an 1861 restaurant.

The statue of Saint Volodymyr in Holland Park, London, is a work of 1988 by the Canadian-Ukrainian sculptor Leo Mol. The bronze statue stands on the corner of Holland Park and Holland Park Avenue. It was unveiled on 29 May 1988, to commemorate the 1,000th anniversary of the Christianisation of Kievan Rus'.

The Coronet Theatre, formerly The Print Room, is an Off West End theatre located in the former Coronet Cinema in London. The company was founded in Westbourne Grove, West London, and opened in September 2010. It produces a programme of theatre, art, dance, poetry, film and music. The theatre is run by Artistic Director Anda Winters.

The Coronet is a former cinema, in Notting Hill Gate, London, England. It is currently run by The Coronet Theatre formerly known as The Print Room, who have returned it to its original use as a theatre.

Westminster Magistrates' Court is a magistrates' court at 181 Marylebone Road, London. The Chief Magistrate of England and Wales, who is the Senior District Judge of England and Wales, sits at the court, and all extradition and terrorism-related cases pass through it. The court opened on 22 September 2011 as a replacement for the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court.

The Notting Hill Arts Club is a music and arts venue in Notting Hill, central London, England. The venue holds clubnights every night of the week. Its range of events include interactive crafts and themed Soviet nights, but perhaps most famous is its Death Disco clubnight, run by Creation Records founder Alan McGee.
