Kew

The Springthorpe Memorial is an elaborate Victorian era memorial located within Boroondara General Cemetery in Kew, Victoria, a suburb of Melbourne, Australia.The memorial was built by Melbourne doctor John Springthorpe,in honour of his wife, Annie Springthorpe (née Inglis), who died in 1897 at the age of 30 while giving birth to their fourth child.

Boroondara General Cemetery, often referred to as Kew cemetery, is one of the oldest cemeteries in Victoria, Australia. The cemetery, located in Kew, a suburb of Melbourne, is listed as a heritage place on the Victorian Heritage Register.

Willsmere was a railway station on the Outer Circle, located in the suburb of Kew, Melbourne, Australia. The station was named after the estate of early Kew settlers H.S. and Thomas Wills. Willsmere was opened with the line in 1891, and closed with it in 1893, with 2 side platforms and a loop off the main line to the south.
