Creative Secondary School (CSS; simplified Chinese: 启思中学; traditional Chinese: 啟思中學; pinyin: Qǐsī Zhōngxué) is a private school in Hong Kong under the DSS scheme, opened in September 2006. CSS offers both the IB Programme (which consists of the IB Middle Years Program and the IB Diploma) and Hong Kong's standard educational curriculum (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education).

East Point City (Chinese: 東港城) is a private housing estate and shopping centre in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near the Hang Hau MTR station. Built on reclaimed land and developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, the estate consists of seven high-rise buildings and a two-storey shopping centre.

HKMLC Queen Maud Secondary School (Chinese: 慕德中學) is located in Hau Tak Estate, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is a memorial school for the Norwegian queen Maud of Wales, sponsored by the HK & Macau Lutheran Church. The school was founded in 1950, and its mission is "to provide students with all-round education based on biblical truths".

Residence Oasis (Chinese: 蔚藍灣畔) is a private housing estate on the reclaimed land of Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, located near MTR Hang Hau Station. It was jointly developed by MTR Corporation, Sino Land and Kerry Properties in 2005. It consists of six high-rise buildings (Tower 1-3,5-7) and a shopping arcade, The Lane (Chinese: 連理街).

Hong Kong Velodrome is a velodrome in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. It has a 250-metre cycling track and spectator facilities for 3,000 people. It opened in December 2013 next to the Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground.

Hang Hau (Chinese: 坑口) is a residential area in Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located at the eastern edge of the Tseung Kwan O New Town. Most of the land was reclaimed from Hang Hau Village and Shui Bin Village (水邊村).

It is a private residential estate jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Kong Oxygen. It was designed by MCAA Limited. The property is divided into 7 buildings with 40 to 59 floors and a total of 1959 units.

The Grandiose (Chinese: 君傲灣) is a private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O Town Centre, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near MTR Tseung Kwan O Station. It comprises 3 high-rise buildings built in 2006. It is jointly developed by New World Development and MTR Corporation, and constructed by Hip Hing Construction, 28 Minutes To Sheung Wan And Central Business District .
