Bila Tserkva (Ukrainian: Бі́ла Це́рква [ˈbilɐ ˈtsɛrkwɐ]; Polish: Biała Cerkiew; Russian: Белая Церковь, tr. Belaya Tserkov; all lit. 'White Church') is a city in central Ukraine, the largest city in Kiev Oblast. Bila Tserkva is located on the Ros River approximately 80 km (50 mi) south of Kiev. The area is 67.8 square kilometres (26.2 sq mi) Its population is approximately 207,745 (2017 est.).

The Bila Tserkva massacre was the World War II mass murder of Jews, committed by the Nazi German Einsatzgruppe with the aid of Ukrainian auxiliaries, in Bila Tserkva, Soviet Ukraine, on August 21–22, 1941. When the Jewish adult population of Bila Tserkva was killed, several functionaries complained that some 90 Jewish children were left behind in an abandoned building, and had to be executed separately.

The Great Synagogue or Choral Synagogue in Bila Tserkva, Kiev Oblast, in Ukraine, was built in the middle of the 19th century. Today the building, which is in good condition, is used as a college.

The Statue of Lenin in Bila Tserkva (in Ukrainian: Пам'ятник В.І.Леніну) was a sculpture monument to the revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, located in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. The monument ID is 32-103-0093.It was toppled and destroyed during the Euromaidan.
