Preah Sihanouk Province (Khmer: ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ, "King Sihanouk"), commonly referred to as Sihanoukville Province, is a province (ខេត្ត, khaet) in the south-west of Cambodia at the Gulf of Thailand. The provincial capital, also called Sihanoukville, is a deep-water port city and a steadily growing and diversifying urban center located on an elevated peninsula.

Krong Preah Sihanouk is one of four districts of Preah Sihanouk Province in Cambodia. According to the 1998 census of Cambodia, it had an urban population of 67,440. In addition to Sihanoukville City and Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, the islands Koh Puos, Koh Preab, Koh Doung, Koh Kaong Kang, Koh Tres, Koh Koun, Koh Tuich, Koh Rong, and Koh Rong Sanloem are under Krong Preah Sihanouk administration.
