Kwai Tsing District

Kwai Tsing (Chinese: 葵青區; Cantonese Yale: Kwàih Chīng Kēui) is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It consists of two parts - Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi Island. Kwai Tsing is part of the New Territories. It had a population of 520 572 in 2016. The district has the third least educated residents and their income is below average.

Situated within the fifth phase of Cheung Hong Estate near Liu To, the school was founded in 1986 by Lok Sin Tong, a charity based in Kowloon. It was the fourth secondary school on the island.

It was built as part of the Airport Core Programme together with the rest of Route 3 to provide a new highway link from North Western New Territories towards Hong Kong Island, and connects with Route 8 to provide access to the new Hong Kong International Airport.

Tam Kon Shan (Chinese: 擔杆山 or 担杆山) is a hill that stands between Moon Tsai Tong and Cheung Shue Tau on Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong. Part of the hill was removed to build the west half of the Cheung On Estate. The nearby Tam Kon Shan Road and Tam Kon Shan Interchange were named after the hill.

Liu To (Chinese: 寮肚) is the area around the valley in the midwest of Tsing Yi Island. There is a stream in the valley watering the narrow band of agricultural fields of Liu To Village (寮肚村). Its water formerly filled the Tsing Yi Lagoon and nurtured the rice paddies around the lagoon but now is just water flowing in the underground nullah to the Rambler Channel.
