Cameron Park is a historic neighborhood just west of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. It is one of three suburbs platted in the early 20th century. Development began along Hillsborough Street and moved north; a streetcar line along Hillsborough made the location especially appealing and convenient. Cameron Park's developers used restrictive deed covenants that set minimum house prices, created setbacks from the street, and excluded African Americans from living in the neighborhood (except as live-in domestic employees).

Grosvenor Gardens Apartments is a historic apartment complex located at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. The three buildings were built in 1935, and are three-story, Colonial Revival style brick buildings arranged in a “U” shape plan around an open landscaped courtyard. It is a pedimented gable-roofed structure with symmetrically arranged three- and five bay units, three of which feature two-story convex porticos facing the center courtyard.

Boylan Apartments is a historic apartment complex located at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. The three buildings were built in 1935, and are three-story, Colonial Revival style brick buildings arranged in a "U" shape plan around an open courtyard. Each building consists of 18 one and two-bedroom units.

Bailey-Estes House is a historic home located at Wake Forest, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1864, and is a two-story, frame I-house, with a 1 1/2-story rear kitchen ell added about 1880. It has a side gable roof and three single-shoulder, stuccoed stone chimneys. Also on the property is a contributing family cemetery.

Elmwood is a historic home located at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1810-1815, and is a 2 1/2-story, three bay by four bay, Federal-style frame dwelling with a gable roof and dormers. It is sheathed in weatherboard and has two exterior end double-shouldered chimneys. It has a two-story wing added about 1830, and asymmetrical side and rear additions built about 1870, and between about 1890 and 1910.

Hillyer Memorial Christian Church is a historic church in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina located on Hillsborough Street. The church is affiliated with the Disciples of Christ. The current church was built in 1915. The church is named after the Hillyer family, who were patrons of the church and kept the church from going bankrupt during the Great Depression and the World Wars.

St. Mary's Chapel is a historic Episcopal chapel located at 900 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. The chapel is on the grounds of St. Mary's School, a college-preparatory boarding and day school founded in the 1840s. The 19th century building was designed by architect Richard Upjohn in the Gothic Revival style and later expanded.

Pullen Memorial Baptist Church is a welcoming, inclusive, progressive-minded Baptist church located in Raleigh, North Carolina, US, right beside North Carolina State University.
